The property owner is responsible for ensuring clear access to the trees requiring service. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other obstacles from the work area. NatureCare is not responsible for damage to items left in the work zone.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, tree work inherently involves heavy equipment and falling debris. NatureCare is fully licensed and insured; however, we are not liable for unavoidable minor damage to lawns or landscaping adjacent to the work area during normal operations.
